We cut queues, not corners, so you can close deals.
Numbers only tell part of the story. We just do loans for the self-employed, so we assess context as well as returns. Here's what we can offer:
Reduced residential rates
We’ve slashed SE Prime residential rates and specialist residential Reward rates at select LVR bands.
Reduced SMSF rates
We've also reduced our Super Resi and Super Commercial rates (SMSF products) and lowered the application fee for our entire standard commercial range.
Improved policies
We now accept commercial vacant land as sole security!
&
We’ve updated our ATO default/debt policy and discharged bankruptcy policy to give clients with less-than-perfect credit histories greater flexibility.
Simpler requirements
We’ve made our living expenses requirements simpler.
Bank statements are no longer required where living expenses are > HEM and DSR ≥ 1.15.

No longer pay upfront for a single standard residential security appraisal when the property is ≤ $2 million. We've made the process simpler and more cost effective for your clients.
New establishment fee is payable at settlement
The new establishment fee, payable at settlement, includes one standard residential security appraisal of a property ≤ $2 million, simplifying the process and providing added value to your clients.
The establishment fee is waived when...
The establishment fee is waived if a security appraisal fee is payable upfront for a non-standard security appraisal or for properties greater than $2 million.
Please note: additional standard property security appraisals will need to be paid at settlement.
