Valuations and security property
Property valuations for all RedZed loans are ordered through CoreLogic's Property Hub.CoreLogic's Property Hub platform provides a simple online valuation ordering process that standardises most valuation fees, saving brokers time and effort. It allows valuations to be ordered in real-time when visiting a client or whenever is convenient.
All valuers registered to supply RedZed with valuations through CoreLogic will be available with a single login and subject to a set fee structure for metropolitan areas and properties up to $3 million. Higher amounts and non-metro locations are available by quotation. |

Automated Valuation Model (AVM)Available for select security properties and loan criteria. RedZed's criteria for an AVM are built into the data collection fields in PropertyHub and the result will instantly confirm availability of either an AVM or valuation requirement. |
Non-AVM valuationsNon-AVM valuations must be paid for on CoreLogic's online portal at the time of ordering, via either Mastercard, Visa or PayPal.

Accessing CoreLogicFor accredited introducers who do not have existing access to the CoreLogic system, please contact our accreditations team by emailing accreditations@redzed.com. You will receive an email from RedZed containing a link that explains how to activate your access to the CoreLogic portal. Once activated you can start ordering valuations by logging in at propertyhub.corelogic.asia/ |

Valuation process
It is a requirement that all RedZed Lending Solutions Pty Ltd loan applications include an independent security valuation. All valuations for loans are ordered through an online application conducted by RP Data Pty Ltd t/a CoreLogic Asia Pacific (ABN 67 087 759 171) (CoreLogic). Valuation costs are paid to the valuation firm that conducts the security appraisal and CoreLogic. Costs are for the account of the applicant(s) and these may vary where a property needs to be quoted.
